ABOUT THE EVENT
BAD INFLUENCE | GHOST at Adamo Gallery
Some influences are best avoided. This isn’t one of them.
This Halloween, GHOST returns to Adamo Gallery with BAD INFLUENCE, a bold new exhibition celebrating the rebellious spirit, dark humour and unapologetic attitude that has made them one of our most popular artists.
Hailing from South Wales, GHOST has built a distinctive visual language where fine art collides with street culture. Classical masterpieces and cultural icons are reimagined through graffiti, spray paint, mixed media and contemporary references, while ornate gilded frames are scorched, sprayed and defaced.
The result is a glorious contradiction: beautifully made and badly behaved.
Opening on Halloween, BAD INFLUENCE embraces the darker side of GHOST without the clichés. Expect decadence, irreverence, vibrant colour and just the right amount of trouble as Adamo transforms for an evening of Art After Dark.
